100 balloons over the English Channel

A fleet of balloons unofficially set a new world record as the largest successful attempt to cross the English Channel in balloons. About 100 balloons took part in the record, the most massive flight between England and France. In two and a half hours they crossed the English Channel and landed in French Calais. The previous record was set when 49 balls rose into the sky above the strait.
