All Saints Chapel - the chapel from the conceptual Brazilian architects





Brazilian architect Gustavo Penna (Gustavo Penna) built non-traditional chapel All Saints Chapel in Martinho Campos (Brazil).





The cross became a visual and conceptual dominant of the object. Heaven and earth — the vertical line, man — the horizontal line. A source of clean water is the beginning of everything. Therefore, one of the main elements of the composition became font.





Internal spatial dynamics and geometry sacred shape tends to be movement. And the nature around is a part of this majestic, yet simple and routine process that is a part of everyday life.





The interior space of the structure, put on the 160 square meters, decorated with wood of local breeds and is actively involved in shaping visual perception of the exterior. Transparent glass wall zone of the internal space relative to the outside, providing an open visual communication and direct dialogue passers-by, parishioners, interior, exterior chapel and the surrounding landscape.

This simple and elegant design seeks to create his own isolated world, but becomes an integral part of the place where built and harmonious part of the life of its inhabitants.
