House with a bridge on remote control, built in a tree, was the tenth such project and the most difficult. First, the house is built only from materials that were going to send for recycling. In staying in the tree hut which has an area of 12 square meters, boiler, system for collecting rainwater tub. But the most unusual thing in this house – RC bridge. Building a house cost only $1500.

The most interesting feature of this towering among the trees the house is a bascule bridge which was built from recycled timber and mechanical engine gate. One tap on the button of the remote control and at home begins to leave the bridge, which is fixed on the top of the hill. After that, a person can easily get into the house.

When John Williams asked what he can say about the construction of the tree house, he says: "it is Not necessary to think! Choose a tree, collect the necessary materials and build the building. Once is enough to visit this house and you will forget about the other homes".
