Hackers every year make the world poorer

The global annual loss from cyber attacks range from 300 billion to 1 trillion dollars. This was reported in the latest report of the Center for strategic international studies and the anti-virus company McAfee says CyberSecurity.
Previously, analysts were inclined to the upper level of this range.

The authors of the report argue that to establish the real extent of the damage from cyber-attacks is very difficult, almost impossible, as most companies conceal such a loss, while others simply do not represent the approximate cost of the data that they stole.

In a new report, the authors share the loss in six categories: loss of business information, the cost of security networks, reputational damage caused by attacks, loss of intellectual property rights cyber crimes and violation of the IT systems.
