Kasper Kowalski (Kacper Kowalski) – recognized as a genius of aerial photographs. Looking around the picturesque Polish landscapes from height of bird's flight, he finds amazing examples of the organic interaction of human civilization and pristine nature. His work is more like paintings, made in the aesthetics of cubism, recently came to light hotel edition “Side Effect”, the most vivid examples we present in this article.

Kasper Kowalski has posted explanations about each photo, because it is not always possible to determine exactly what captures the artist. He admits: "Sometimes my photographs resemble pictures, sometimes maps with traces of human presence on earth."

The photographer says that does not condemn the invasion of human nature. He understands that today, forests, meadows and lakes – literally everything has changed as a result of human activity. "On the one hand, it is connected with the development of civilization, economy, and on the other, is a throwback to the need to make a difference, a visible sign, to immortalize themselves," continues Kasper Kowalski.

Casper was born in 1977, graduated from the technical University of gdańsk, by profession he is an architect. Perhaps that is why he has such a developed sense of form, color, he masterfully captures the geometric precision of the landscapes. With a degree he worked for four years, and then engaged in flying and photography. This files most often takes the landscapes of his native Poland. To his credit – a lot of exhibitions and art competitions, in particular one of his works was named among the best in the competition Sony World Photography Awards.
