New super-efficient and affordable solar panels from Rayton Solar

Engineers Rayton Solar has developed a technology that allows to make cheap solar panel with high efficiency. It is reported that by using advanced process technology, for which vendor has received a patent, it is possible to reduce the use of silicon in the production of solar cells 100 times.
The company argued that the thickness of the working layer of silicon solar cells is only 4 microns. During their production leaves no waste, while efficiency reaches 24 percent (most currently on the market solar panels have an efficiency of 18%). All this leads to lowering the cost of production of generating capacity by 60 percent compared with the industry average indicator.
