Food rules: do not try something they don't want

Listen to your children when they tell you about the choice of food. Right to feel your body — so eat right. And the longer we keep this ability, the healthier we will be.

Do not force your children things they don't want. I remember a case when in one kindergarten the children were forced, there taste good cooked mung bean porridge, pushing it in his mouth and forcing children to swallow under the threat. Almost all the children in the group had an Allergy to the legumes. This was the reaction of internal exclusion, internal protest of children who were not able to stand up for themselves otherwise.

Many children with allergies are victims of violence by their own mothers, forcing them to consume the hated products.

Ask your child what he would like to eat and cook what he wants. It would not be pandering to children's whims, always remember that the way you care about his health. published
