How to move from an apartment for willful failure to pay
The other day I had the opportunity to observe the work of the Bailiff Service of St. Petersburg.
One of the goals of this organization is to ensure the enforcement of judgments.

03. Usually in such situations fall chronically unemployed people leading asocial way of life. In this case, the woman did not pay the rent more than 4 years. Total debt was about 60 thousand, at the time of the eviction, she passed for 70 thousand rubles.
04. On the question of why in our city wipers have little understanding of Russian. Anyone who speaks good Russian, could get a job as a janitor in the same six months, and if not completely then at least partially repay its debt and keep the living space. The management company deficit with wipers and they are ready to go to meet the tenants, if they will work for them.
05. As it turned out, the man lives in an apartment on a guest. He introduced himself as a veteran of the Afghan war. He said he has two injured. I was very surprised and outraged by the appearance of the apartment bailiffs

- There are at least some things that are not subject to seizure: refrigerator, gas stove, washing machine and others.
