The accident at the nuclear power plant in Fukushima

The radiation level in the Japanese nuclear power plant in Fukushima rose to the level of the accident in 2011.

Water samples taken in the underground passage at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant contain alarming levels of radiation that are comparable to those that were recorded immediately after the disaster.

According to Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), tested water contains 2.35 billion becquerels of cesium per liter, and radioactive water leaking into the sea the moment. The results were also evident from samples taken within a radius of 50 meters around the plant.
