Paper plane
Schoolboy from San Francisco for five years has made a replica of a Boeing 777 from the paper.
Once Luca Iacono Stewart, a student of high school, got a job at a lesson of architecture. He had to make a simple model airplanes out of paper, but this idea has so inspired him that he decided to do something more ambitious. He's always been interested in airplanes, so I decided to make an accurate model of paper 777 on a scale of 1:60. So he began to build a model in school, on the project took a lot of paper and five years of life, but it is not yet complete. Luke hopes to finish it in the summer, to start another - there is an idea to create a new, larger aircraft model.
Still no one came so seriously to the construction of paper airplanes.
To create the model Luke chose the plane of Air India 777-300ER, a scheme which he found on the Internet.
The chassis is made up, all that should be open - open.
He suffered a scheme in editing and print the details on paper, from which put them.
He used all the knowledge received in school, and worked every detail of the aircraft.
This model - the result of several failed attempts.
From the details that did not fit, you can collect another plane.
For example, he made three of the tail, two full wing, and more, to make sure that everything goes as it should.
The whole summer has left only the creation of passenger seats.
Twenty minutes in economy class and four to six hours for business class
The development of engines left last month, the assembly - four.
Eight hours was spent on the creation of first-class seats. The main tool was a pair of tweezers.
The creator of a paper airplane says that while he has no idea where it is possible to give the finished model, but hopes that there will be offers from museums or aviation companies.
Luke grateful to the parents who gave him complete freedom, and more. When this project is completed, perhaps, the artist begins to build a new model that will be more.
