Nazca

Nazca Lines - a group of giant geometric figures on the Nazca Plateau in southern Peru. They can be seen only from a distance, such as flying an airplane. On this plateau today are about 30 drawings, including: flowers, birds, trees, monkey, spider and many others.

Correct and precise contours of hummingbirds, lizards, spiders and condor crosses a large number of straight lines, triangles, trapezoids, spirals and other geometric shapes. Before researchers around the world have repeatedly raised questions of this kind: what goal to set itself the artists of antiquity, created these drawings? Where did they come from? What are unknown to us technology enabled them to withstand the ideal proportion figure, because of the small size of them are forty-six meters, and the largest - 285 meters?

These questions, scientists do not cease to ask ourselves from the time of 1939, when the plane flew over the plateau on board with an archaeologist. Technique of drawing standard and the same: the object's outline is drawn solid single line which has a length of tens of meters, and often crosses the hills, riverbeds and multiple cavity.
