French photographer Daniel Lane (Daniel Laine) several years traveled to Africa and photographed the African monarchs, members of royal families and their entourage. Later, Daniel Lane (Daniel Laine) published several books on the life and culture of different countries in Africa, including an album of photographs of African kings, kings and sultans.
