Alex Zane works as a lawyer in Boston. He has two children: 5-year-old daughter Matilda and 2-year-old son Holden. The idea to do extraordinary cosplay came about when the family was on self-isolation during the lockdown. The man admits that at first it was difficult for him and his wife. It was necessary to combine work and childcare. However, the original hobby diluted the routine and captivated all family members.
One day, Alex brought home a Little Tikes, which his daughter immediately chose. She climbed onto the roof, and the man, seeing it, remembered a scene from a movie. “It was the same way Michael J. Fox sat on the roof in Wolf,” the head of the family recalled.

He played an imaginary guitar. And Alex decided to teach his daughter to do the same, even showing her video tutorials on YouTube. However, the baby was clearly not like a werewolf from the movie. So Mr. Zane decided to write to his friend Andrew Kelly, who does photography. It was he who shamanized the first picture of Matilda and invited Alex to create such pictures every day.

Alex’s wife was also involved. She was in charge of hairstyles and costumes. Matilda quickly got tired of taking pictures, but she was absolutely delighted with the result of the work done.

When the lockdown ended and school resumed, little Matilda and her father began taking pictures on weekends. Everyone knew about them, and local journalists interviewed the family.
