German scientists from the max Planck Institute observed 64 healthy men aged 21 to 45 years, on the subject of interest in explicit content. The researchers measured the brain volume, his reaction to the pictures, relevant content. Dr. Simone Kuhn: "We found that the amount of so-called striped body, a brain area associated with reward and motivated behavior was smaller among those who reported addiction to erotic films. The researchers found a link between the striatum and prefrontal cortex. The outer layer of the brain shows the worst response on decision-making and behavior with increasing love for the forbidden movie. However, scientists are not certain what causes this dependence. In their opinion, two variants are possible: or movies XXX affects the changes in the brain, or people born with a certain type of brain, like the corresponding movie.
