Alternative energy is going to choke the income tax?

The Parliament of Ukraine adopted amendments to the Tax code, which abolished tax incentives for "green" energy and introduced excise duties.





So, until the end of 2014 introduced the excise tax on alternative motor fuels at EUR 99 per tonne. The justification for such introduction is the fight against the shadow market.

Introduced encumbrances and for renewable energy producers – they abolished the exemption on payment of income tax. At the same time from a document seized cancellation clause for the energy and public utilities exemptions from payment of profit tax within the cost of implementation of the investment program.
