Paris build eco-quarter

Architectural firm MVRDV has completed work on the construction of an office complex Pushed Slab in the 13th district of Paris. Building area of 19000 sq. m. while that is the only future object superintellectual eco-quarter, which will be the first of its kind in the French capital. The complex is equipped with a range of modern energy efficient technologies, including an array of solar panels capable of generating 90 mW of "green" electricity per year, and also solar panels providing 45% of the needs of the building in hot water. In this case, the level of energy in the Pushed Slab is 46 kWh per square meter of useful space per year.
