Tough Guy 2010

Yesterday, in the English village of Purton (Perton), passed a competition Tough Guy Race - Competition "real men." The main purpose of the event - to raise funds for charity. For the sake of the thousands of participants from around the world overcome the obstacle 21, including water, fire and tunnels.

Tough Guy is commonly called the toughest race in the world. The competition was launched in 1986 by Britain Willie Wilson (Mr. Misha). The man is convinced that until now none of the participants failed to pass through all his trials - the rules of the competition is extremely tough. During the existence of the show, two of its members have died directly during the competition.



The length of the race - about 12 km. It provides steeplechase. Participants at risk of injury from the barbed wire, cut, burn, get dehydrated, subjected to electric shocks, break his arms and legs, etc.



To feel really tough guy, runners pass band of 21 obstacles, paying about 70 euros.



Women certainly a minority, but among them are willing to fight for the first place.
