"Winter War" with Finland 1939-1940
Soviet-Finnish war? 1939-1940 year, or the Winter War (Fin. Talvisota) - an armed conflict between the USSR and Finland in the period from 30 November 1939 to 13 March 1940. As a result of military aggression by the Soviet Union was expelled from the League of Nations.
The war ended with the signing of the Moscow Peace Treaty. Under the terms of the Treaty:
