Bottle KONYAKI 1788 sold for € 25 000

Paris restaurant with a 427-year history of La Tour d'Argent to clear cellars place for new acquisitions, made a grand sale of wine. The trades have become one of the largest wine auctions: sold drinks historical worth almost 1, 5 million euros. The most expensive lot, a bottle of brandy Clos du Griffier 1788, went for € 25,000 - 10 times more than the initial price. French businessman Ralph Zia (Raphael Zier) explained such expenses solely by a desire to help the children. The fact that part of the proceeds from the auction is aimed at charity. Another bottle of the same drink bought our compatriot Ivan eminent almost twice cheaper - for € 15 thousand. Discount of 10 million euros due to the presence of mold on the label cognac. But the buyer has declared that he is happy because he personally important to the contents, not the label.
