61-year-old Dave Bonnel travels around the world, exploring the caves. He visited 18 countries, down to the deepest cave, but his favorite subject is in Mexico.




Dave went to the famous Cave of Swallows (El Sotano de las Golodrinas), where he made a unique pictures.

The depth of the cave ranges from 333 to 372 meters, and the bottom area is approximately three football fields.





In the rainy season to the incredible beauty of the cave added one additional effect. Water flowing from the slope, forming several waterfalls, and at a certain humidity and temperature in the upper part of the cave formed their own clouds.

Flocks of green parrots and white swallows leave the cave each day to wander in the jungle. This explains the origin of the name of the cave - Cave of Swallows.
