IR-28 - a penal colony, located in the village of Yertsevo Arkhangelsk region. Once the prison became the center of a scandal because supposedly hard to do with the prisoners. We will not stir up the old, but rather walk on the territory of the institution and see what life is like the cons far from the Arctic Circle.
