In Tokyo decorated River (8 photos)

May 5, 2012 100 000 blue LED balls down the Sumida River in central Tokyo in honor of the two-day festival Hotaru. These balls were provided from Panasonic, which states that they are 100% charged by solar energy and made large enough so that they do not swallow the fish.
