Saturn lenses interplanetary station Cassini (24 photos)
Aircraft NASA "Cassini" completes its first year of the current program, called "Equinox" (the previous program, which lasted 4 years, ended in June 2008) The ship continues to operate in good condition and sends a stunning photos of Saturn and its system of rings and moons, and regularly provides new scientific information. The name of the current mission "Equinox" is connected with the upcoming Saturn equinox in August 2009, when the planet's equator and the rings will be sent directly to the sun. The program will last until September 2010, but possibly longer.
Presenting 24 photographs in which "Cassini" captures the most vivid pictures of the distant "brother" of the Earth.
