What happens if you hard fertilize the money tree with egg shells

Many people know that you can feed home flowers not only with special means, but also with ordinary food waste. However, on how effective eggshellOnly a few people know.

Today's edition. "Site" I decided to correct this and tell you how and why it is better to fertilize vases with eggshells.

So, if suddenly the November dressing for indoor flowers of onion husks did not give the expected results, it is time to move to heavy artillery! Shall we?

Some believe that you can place the shell in a pot with a plant in any form and quantity. This is probably one of the most common mistakes.

In fact, when fertilizing home flowers, it is extremely important to observe the dosage of fertilizer (even when it comes to home remedies). Moreover, it is important to adhere to a certain sequence in the preparation of the fertilizer itself.

For almost every person, eggs are an integral part of the daily diet. This means that eggshells are one of the most affordable fertilizers. And this, perhaps, is one of its main charms.

But most importantly, it is still the effect that this fertilizer has on vases. The shell not only saturates the soil with useful trace elements, but also helps to fight plants with various diseases, and also perfectly deoxidizes the soil.

It is best to use the shell of domestic chicken eggs for soil fertilization. However, it is clear that not everyone has the opportunity to get such. Otherwise, you should simply purchase the eggs of the company, the trust in which was justified for a fairly long period of time.

As we noted earlier, before proceeding to the process of fertilizing, fertilizer should be prepared. First of all, the eggs must be boiled hard so that the shell is more easily separated from the protein.

You can also use shells from raw eggs, but in this case it will necessarily need to be well washed and dried before being sent to a pot with a plant. Otherwise, the residue of protein on the inside of the shell will begin to rot and damage the flower.

The easiest way to immediately mix the shell into the ground, removing the upper layer of soil. It is worth noting that a greater effect can be obtained, having previously dried and crushed the shell to a state of flour. This can be done using a coffee grinder or a regular mortar. This procedure should be carried out every 3-4 months.

However, there is another, more effective, option of fertilizer. And it consists in the manufacture of tincture based on this very flour from egg shells.

To prepare the tincture, you will need 1 liter of hot water and 200 g of shell flour. Simply combine these two components in a glass jar and close with a tight lid, and then put in a dark place for 12-14 days. In addition, the solution should be regularly shaken (1 time per day for these two weeks).

Water flowers with solution should be 1-2 times in 3 months.

It is also worth mentioning that for azalea, geranium and camellia, this feeding is better not to conduct. Such flowers grow better in alkaline and neutral soil, so the acidification of the soil with egg shells will only harm these plants.
