Carnival in Rio de Janeiro
On February 25, the famous Carnival in Rio de Janeiro kicked off, for five days people will dance and have fun all over Brazil. Traditionally, the Carnival begins when the symbolic keys to the city are handed over to Carnival King Ray Momo. Then the dancers of various samba schools demonstrate their skills and bright outfits on the sambadrome. Millions of people flock to Rio de Janeiro to drink, dance and have fun non-stop throughout the festival celebrations, attracting about $1 billion to the city annually.
