Autumn carrot diet will help to get in shape

This diet is quite hard, and it can be classified as Express diets, to observe no more than four days.





The main dish throughout the day is: in blender to peramelidae one carrot, also add the juice of a medium-sized lemon, finely chopped favourite fruit and a spoonful of honey may.

For 3 days this meal will replace Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
