The Constitution did not learn in school?

Police Yekaterinburg considered extremist billboards with quotations from the Constitution. In an interview with "Echo Moskvy" said editor in chief of the online publication "Znak.kom" Aksana Panova.

The action of placing these posters was timed to the 20th anniversary of the country's fundamental law. According to her, a special concern of the local authorities were the following quote: "The supreme direct expression of the power of the people is the referendum and free elections", this poster at the governor's residence.

On the contrary the local diocese of the ROC stretch with the inscription: "The Russian Federation - a secular state, no religion may be established as state or obligatory." According Panova, only three owners of advertising space are not afraid to place excerpts from the Constitution on billboards.
