In the State Duma a bill on which working women twice a month may receive additional weekend, reports RIA "Novosti". The initiative to give working women during the critical days of compensatory time off, made a mayoral candidate from the Liberal Democratic Party of Moscow Mikhail Degtyarev.

According to the document, paid leave will last two days, the ladies themselves can choose the date of compensatory leave for each calendar month. The deputy noted that women now have the right not to attend work during menstruation only after receiving hospital. However, at this time the majority of the fair sex have experienced physical and moral discomfort. "Often the pain of a fine half so intense that it is necessary to call an ambulance. Many women say that the monthly pain knock them for a few days out of the rut. Therefore, scientists and gynecologists consider menstruation not only as a medical but also as a social problem, "- said Degtyarev.

In his opinion, the adoption of this bill will improve health and ensure the right of many Russian women of working age to fair working conditions.
