"Mazda» (Mazda Motor Corporation, in 1927-1984 Toyo Kogyo Company), the Japanese car company, specializing in the production of trucks, buses, vans and cars. Included in the financial-industrial group "Sumitomo". The headquarters is located in Hiroshima.
Founded in 1920 in Hiroshima, Japan, Mr. Matsuda Jujiro (Jujiro Matsuda, 1875-1952), on the basis of the bankrupt company Hiroshima processing and manufacture of articles of cork Abemaki. After gaining the rights to the company, it is renamed Toyo Cork Kogyo, and about a year later became its president Matsuda.

The tour consists of two parts: the factory museum, which shows the main stages of development and key model of the company, and smotorovaya gallery on the assembly line (Assembly Line U1). Of course, I expected to see this yaposkih robots of the future, but okazalost prosaic: many operations on the final assembly are done manually. In the part of the assembly line, which showed us there was only one robot. Most robotised (body welding and painting) Mazda does not show.
