Work carried out on one of the most difficult parts of the project - under the North Boulevard, December 20 2012. To ensure the stability of the tunnel was excavated in seven separate segments. Ground in this location is extremely soft, so that it was decided to freeze to provide greater strength and rigidity. Workers install piles into the ground to temporarily maintain the structure under construction. Then the weight of the structure was moved to temporary supports. Once the weight is shifted to the tunnel walls, pillars will be removed.
