Pizza with cheese-Fresh edges

2 cups flour
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt 5
1, 5 tsp sugar
3-4 tbsp grow. oil
300 ml of water

 - In the sifted flour stir in yeast, salt, sugar and butter.

 - Knead 5-10 minutes. The dough should be elastic and quite steep.
 - Cover the dough with cling film and leave for 2 hours in a warm place.
