"You lazy fur coat": the angel of the handle making this dish! Praise all...

Lazy herring under a fur coat — great version of the festive snacks. Traditional salad to share is not falling! A dish that is offered to your attention, has a noble taste and appearance. As for me, it is easier to cook than a regular coat. Definitely keep recipe handy during the next feast!

Lazy subaggregate
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 carrots
  • 1 beet
  • 200 g herring
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • greens-to taste

Cooking
  1. Boil eggs, beets, carrots. To neutralize the not too pleasant smell when cooked beet drop into boiling water, a crust of bread. If you add a little lemon juice in the saucepan where you cooked the beets, the color of the root will be more intense!

  2. Cut the cooled eggs in half, mash the yolks with a fork.
  3. Finely cut the onions. Clean the vegetables and RUB them on a coarse grater.
  4. Combine the yolks with the onions, carrots and beets. Add the mayonnaise.
  5. Herring cut into slices, if necessary remove bones.
  6. Pumps put in the egg vegetable mixture. Top place the pieces of herring and greens for decoration.

Lazy fur balls like everybody who tried this snack! Delicious, gourmet, easy to prepare. How nice to hear compliments about their culinary delights!

I also often cooked cucumbers stuffed with herring. Fresh cucumbers are stuffed with a mixture of sour cream, grated cheese, mustard, chopped green onions and chopped herring. Sprinkle with paprika. Original starter that everyone is eating and praising!!

Prepare this snack and don't forget to show the recipe to friends! They'll be delighted...
