Impressive rock Idol in Brimham

50 spacious acres in Brimham, (North Yorkshire, England) is the birthplace of a group of interesting rock formations that were formed thousands of years ago. The most impressive formation called Rock Idol – 200 ton monolith balancing on a small stone pyramid.

It seems that the 15-foot rock is now going to collapse, but she can't do it. A 200-ton solid rock defies the law of physics and scares tourists with its impressive resilience.
The rock is also called: "the table of the Druid." For a long time pictures of rocks through the Internet, as evidence of the skills of photoshop, but that's cheating. Rock Idol is real and represents the artistic talent of Mother Nature.

In the Victorian era, most people thought that these strange rocks, and all this space was created by the druids, but in the 20th century, realized that all this – the result of 18,000 years of erosion.
