Twitter wants to learn how to save lives. The social network launched the system, called Twitter Аlerts. The microblogging service will inform the users about a disaster and catastrophe.
Mobile Twitter app brings Push notification. If the user provides the social network with your phone number, it can send an alert message. Tweets that reported the threat, will be allocated in the tape an orange badge, for this they need to attach the hashtag #alert.



Until that new system is launched only in the U.S., South Korea and Japan. The social network will actively cooperate with the government and rescue organizations. Users will be able to choose what organizations they would like to.
