In Belarus, has installed an unusual monument to condensed milk Bashny.Net

November 23, in celebration of the 75th anniversary of OJSC "Rogachev milk canning plant", the city officially opened the world's only sculptural composition, devoted to condensed milk.





Sculpture height of close to 4 meters is an exact copy of the blue cans of condensed milk. It is made using the ancient technique of mosaic of colored glass. The author of the work — muralist, employee of the Belarusian state Academy of arts Gleb Otchik who is the winner in the contest.



"Mosaic in glass is the first facility in Belarus, prior to that, the exterior is this technique not used anywhere else. It is handmade, each glass cut and picked up by hand, so the creation of the song was pretty laborious process," — said Gleb Otchik.





At the base of the monument laid a capsule with address to descendants bequeathed to open the 100th anniversary of the plant.
