The Agency for strategic initiatives at the request of Vladimir Putin, will develop a variety panic button "System of Care" for people with disabilities. This "the disturbing button" for elderly people (also known as "babushkofon" or companion, or a rescuer) allows older people at any moment to contact the specialists and obtain the necessary help. Now it can also be used by people with hearing impairment. And in the future – and for other groups of persons with disabilities.





"You know that in our country people with hearing impairment can't even call myself an ambulance? If something happens, no one's around, the chances of survival are in fact tend to zero," sounded one of the most acute problems TV presenter Maria Sittel.

"We recently about the same thing discussed with the Agency for strategic initiatives, when we talked about an even more severe case of deafblind people. But that's about the problem with the deaf and with the organization of their normal integration into your current life, let's also pay attention. I'll ask my colleagues from the ASI, of the Agency for strategic initiatives, to this side and looked at the problem. There people are enterprising, young, they have a lot of good ideas. Technology in the Agency has already worked. Mobile device "system of Care" is equipped with an emergency button, a signal which is transmitted in a unified dispatch center with information about the caller and its location. According to Konstantin Livshits, head of the project, the devices can be equipped with special widgets for the transmission of visual messages from people with hearing impairment.

Need to remind, the "System of Care" is the first domestic development implemented on the basis of cellular communication and is focused on providing high-quality medical and social services. The essence of the project "System of Care" is to create an all-news service, through which you can get quick access to all types of health and social care. If necessary, treatment for a "panic button" can be immediately relayed to the emergency services.
