• Lunch: 80 g of boiled meat, steamed vegetables or vegetable soup (no more than 200-250 g) and lettuce
• Afternoon tea: a thin slice of black bread (20-25 g), 5 g butter or 30 g low fat cottage cheese, 200 ml of warm skimmed milk
• Dinner: 80 g of boiled fish, steamed vegetables or vegetable soup (no more than 200-250 g), lettuce, tea without sugar
• 2 hours before sleep: 200 ml of low-fat yogurt

You can drink water without gas, unsweetened green tea, chamomile tea, black coffee (1-2 cups per day).
