RECIPE STUFFED PEPPERS Need to:

8 bell peppers

500 g beef or veal

500 g fatty pork

2 large carrots

2 large onions

100 grams of rice

1 liter of chicken broth

How to cook:

1. Clean the peppers from seeds and core (hats not to throw).

2. Finely dice the onion, chop the carrot into thin strips.

3. In vegetable oil fry the carrots and onions for 20 minutes over medium heat.

4. Boil the rice until soft and wash under running water.

5. With grinder can grind meat into mince, add half passerovannogo onions and carrots, rice, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
