Ingredients:

  • eggplant – 2 PCs,
  • zucchini – 1 PC.;
  • tomatoes – 8 pieces,
  • onions – 2 PCs,
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 PC.;
  • garlic – 5 cloves,
  • tomato paste – 2 tbsp,
  • dry white wine – 2 tbsp,
  • greens – 1 bunch,
  • olive oil, pepper, salt.
Method of preparation:

Eggplant wash, cut into slices, sprinkle with salt and leave for 20 minutes. Chop the onion and fry with finely chopped garlic. Take 4 tomatoes, remove the skins and grind them in a blender. Add the tomatoes to the onions and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Pour in the wine, salt and pepper.

Half of the resulting mixture put in a baking dish. Zucchini and tomatoes cut into slices thickness of 5 mm. on Top of tomato mixture, lay out a tight, alternating, eggplant, tomatoes and zucchini. Chop the herbs and sprinkle it vegetables. Then place the remaining tomato mixture and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Ingredients:

  • eggplant – 3 PCs.,
  • tomato – 2 pieces,
  • Basil – 2 sprigs,
  • garlic – 2 cloves,
  • hard cheese – 100 g
  • vegetable oil, pepper, salt.
Method of preparation:

  • bacon – 100 g
  • hard cheese – 100 g
  • Basil – 3 sprigs,
  • parsley – ½ beam
  • salt, pepper, vegetable oil.
Method of preparation:

  • butter – 50 g,
  • black pepper, red pepper, salt.
Method of preparation:
