Home syrup against colds and flu

Ginger and Cayenne pepper are sogrevaya, while onion, horseradish and garlic help to kill all viruses and germs. Sage and rosemary do well with excess mucus that occurs in the cold. Need.
1/4 Cup grated ginger root, fresh, 1/4 Cup of onion, just chopped, 1/4 Cup fresh chopped rosemary (in extreme cases will fit and dry), 1/4 Cup dried sage leaves, 1/4 Cup grated horseradish 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. ground Cayenne pepper, Apple cider natural vinegar, in the quantity necessary to fill the jar.

How to prepare:
1. Mix all components and place them in a glass jar. Pour the Apple cider vinegar, leaving about 5 cm to the neck. Close the jar lid.
2. Steep for 2-3 weeks in a dark place. Every day shake the jar. Then strain the contents through cheesecloth.
3. Then slightly heat the syrup and add 1/4 Cup of honey, stir it to dissolve.
4. Use the syrup as needed, at the beginning of the illness.

Typically used 2 tbsp of the syrup, stir it in a Cup of warm water, several times a day. Also you can add it to chicken broth. Or to drink a little during his illness, when not hungry – thanks to Apple cider vinegar it gives great support force.
