In 2021, Dubai will be "a Perfect city" in which the buildings will be intended for the organization of the real estate sector.
The city will fully feed through renewable energy sources. Also it is planned environmentally friendly construction. 75% of the territory are covered with green plantations.
The settlement will unite inside the main state institutions sector real estate: the headquarters of the Dubai Land Department, the Agency for regulation of real estate and real estate Court, real estate University, real estate Museum and the Center for renewable energy sources.
There will be a World center for real estate. It will include international real estate companies, developers and brokers offices.
