Tender low fat Apple souffle



100 gr. — 59 kcal.

Apples 5 PCs
Milk 120g
Eggs (whites) 2 PCs.
Honey 1 tbsp.
Lemon (juice) 1 tbsp.
Gelatin 10g
Vanilla to taste.

Soak for 40 minutes gelatin in milk, or according to the instructions.

Apples peel, slice and bake in the oven or in the microwave (4-5 minutes) until soft and then beat with a blender until smooth.
Separate the whites from the yolks, add the lemon juice and whisk until stiff.

Gelatin with milk is good warm, not boiling, and continue beating the whites, pour them in a thin stream of hot milk, it is desirable to continue to whisk the egg whites until they cool to a temperature of about 40°.

Mix the vanilla, honey and applesauce, and then gently add milk-protein mix, mix and put Apple souffle in one big form or in kremanki. Chill in the refrigerator until fully cured.
