Stuffed pepper

Who said that stuffed peppers - a dish that is certainly cooked on the stove or in the oven? One can do without heat treatment - the taste is not worse, and vitamins in the final product will be much greater. And on cooking will take much less time.




For pepper, this time we will use the same stuffing, which we had to syroedcheskih burrito. In general, we need the following ingredients:

4-5 medium size carrots
1 medium sized zucchini
1 tbsp. almonds (soaked for 8 hours or overnight)
