Often we think that a simple uncomplicated food indicates an unwillingness to pay due attention to their nutrition, and the lack of taste for good food. Conversely, the more sophisticated and "heaped up" turns the dish, the more proud they cook. Raw plant foods are not perceived as a divine meal, and sees something that needs to be modified beyond recognition. We are taught to treat the raw natural products as something that requires further processing.
