Coming to the mall or a large supermarket, I often see the picture when the places for the disabled in the parking lot occupied by expensive machines (mostly SUVs and the like). It is clear that the majority of wealthy people think a little, and sometimes much higher than other people.
But hold parking for people with disabilities who once meter, so even with the shopping is difficult for - it's dumb!

Just 10 meters away there are empty seats, and 15 meters more of them. What is 10-15 meters for the average person? This 10-15 seconds walk to the entrance.
But apparently the case with these limited personalities, get as close as possible near the entrance to the store a matter of principle and is a vital necessity.
