The other day in the Tula region was a massive natural disaster - namely, the town Efremov was a tornado accompanied by heavy wind strong. Only preliminary data, provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, with eighty buildings in the city blew off the roof, and it was officially recorded four of the victims of the disaster. The tornado passed through the central districts of the city, and sleeping areas, fortunately, is almost not affected.
