Only that I pulled an ordinary household vacuum flask. Stirred porridge, and then very abruptly loud bang (similar to an explosion of the tube). Hands were cut by shrapnel to the blood. I am glad that did not get in the face, although just leaned thermos. Clothing all in fragments.
