The State Duma Committee on Family, Women and Children is seriously concerned about the problem of foul language on the Internet.

Members of the committee propose to make further amendments to the law "On protection of children from information harmful to their health and development", which provides a lock not only the media for using foul language, but also bloggers accounts in social networks, and entire sites. This "Izvestia" said the head of the committee, the chief advocate of morality in parliament Elena Mizulina.

Currently, the law allows the lock only those sites that contain child pornography, promotion of drugs, and calls for suicide. But E.Mizulina believes that the need to expand the list.

"It is because we receive a lot of complaints from parents that too much foul language in the Internet media and social networks, which are attended by children. Parents worry that children might get the wrong stereotype that swearing - it is a normal vocabulary, though in reality it is not so "- said E.Mizulina.

The citizens complained to the State Duma is likely to express themselves exclusively the language of Athanasius Fet and Fyodor Tiutchev, bloggers suggest.

Deputies went on a radical way: the owners of sites, user forums and social networks will be given a day to remove abusive post, otherwise they will blacklist and block. "This is certainly not the whole of the social network, and on the pages of delinquent users," - emphasizes E.Mizulina.

Popular internet Runet users to critically evaluate the proposal, saying that Russia is far too much emphasis on the Web at the expense of the real issues.
