Russia forgive North Korea's debt of 10 billion dollars

The government has submitted to the State Duma a draft law to write off most of the debt accumulated in the DPRK. Ten of the 11 billion USD. Will be simply forgiven, and another 1 billion to be returned to Russia for 20 years, after which invest in the project on the territory of the DPRK.
"The amount sent to the DPRK by debt, shall be used to finance projects in the territory of North Korea in the field of health, education and energy as agreed by the parties", - stated in a memorandum to the bill.
