Soup of sauerkraut



 
Ingredients:
broth - 1 liter
onions - 100 g
flour - 120 g
sauerkraut - 1 kg
bacon - 200 g
sausage - 400 g
sour cream - 200 g
salt
sugar
pepper
greens
lemon juice.

How to:

In the finished soup put sauerkraut, fried bacon, sausage. Refill flour and onions passerovannym, give to boil. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar.

Served this soup with sour cream and chopped herbs.
